Been collecting some texture overlays of my own. Trying to get my photos a different kind of a look, a more romantic, new age or edgy kind of look. Getting more edgy photos rather den romantic types but oh well, I am still learning :)

Posted this pic of James & Sheryl on my facebook and it came back with positive feedback so I decided to post it on my blog. Dont know why I didnt select it for my previous blog post on James and Sheryl's wedding. :)

This punk'd episode where Hugh Jackman gets punk'd real bad. This is really hilarious, that look on his face...priceless hahaha :)
I spent the whole afternoon today watch the punk'd marathon on MTV, the Punk'd Awards was hilarious too, too bad the show had to end its run.

Eye e City 2007

I participated in Eye e City 2007 but my participation was very different from the rest becoz I was going to Jb on that day afternoon and I had to hand up the photos 1 day later which I couldnt becoz I won't be in town.

For the uninitiated, Eye e city is a photo challenge that is held on the last day of the year usually to recall on the year that was going to pass and the year tt is about to come. The photos that are selected are den put on exhibition and on a book (mine is on the book and exhibition this year, more of that later)

Anyway, yes. So, I was going to hand up the submissions late, going to shoot for only morning till early afternoon and I had to cut my hair. (tts where e photo above came from) Not only that but I also forgot abt the selection day where we get to select photos to be used for the exhibition. I didnt go and I guess some kind soul selected the photos for me (thanks!). And wa la. 3 months later, I get an email that gets me all thrilled abt my photos got into the book!! Hehehe. It was really so unexpected looking at all the things that lead to the exhibition. I can only say I was lucky. Really lucky.

Eng Hong, Yaohui, Aloysius, Mei yun, Desmond and Weijie glad to have seen u all at the book launch really hope to see u guys soon. Keep shooting! :)

Our search for pre-wedding angles brought us to Hort Park.
As the day was gloomy with light drizzles threatening our outing we persevered on. I realized in all these outings my jeans always get dirty. Sharks. I m always the only one with soil soaked knees. This is my virgin video posting and video filming. There will be more to come hur hur and it will just get better . :)

That is one fat cat

This cat greets me every morning with wary eyes. Staring at me as I make my way towards
the bus stop, ever ready to run if I make a sudden movement. Managed to capture this
cute photo of it.

Rainy day.

Rainy days are so depressing. Cant go out. Don't know what to do, your shoes get wet. But well, maybe its time to explore the xbox at home when it rains. hehe.

The city I stay in

The city that never sleeps. This city loves no one, remembers no one. No one sleeps comfortably.The city doesn't care about them. People may have memories of this place but the city has no place to remember anyone of them. To an empty grave they enter, with nothing in
their hands, not even a good bye. The city progresses, it moves on.

Just been thinking about why we must work so hard because the standard of living is higher and welfare for retirement is so poor. Why slog so hard for money at work when all that you will have with you is nothing. Nothing.

First 10km run in 3 years

Just two months ago I was all excited abt the Nike Human Race tot that since Vince and Zr asked me to join also it would be abt time for me to train up myself for the run, But in the end, I didnt. hehe...anyway I realised I always dont train for these kinda of events, I didnt train for the
standard chartered marathon too. Anyway, all that being said. I am really glad to have completed the race and have friends ard me to support me as I struggled to maintain my jogging pace and my own mental determination.

Thanks to Vincent and Zr and also our vivid supporters,
Karene and Eunice I know all that waiting made u all feel bored. hehe.

Thanks to all. I am contemplating on getting the nike run watch with the 3rd party sensor but I think it will not help my training,which is to get fit and start runnning again. The 1st step has been taken, a very painful 1st step. I will probably be walking limply all week. :) All that was worth the "torture"
